In this project, the second floor is considered the structural base level. The superstructure adopts a reinforced concrete structural system with a design concrete strength of 5000 psi, utilizing a ductile moment-resisting frame system as the primary lateral force-resisting system. With the second floor taken as the base level, the substructure system consists of reinforced concrete construction with a design concrete strength of 5000 psi.
