The Project is located in the Nei Hu district of Taipei, adjacent to the Tamsui river front. The iconic architectural design features a new concept office tower with innovative interior spaces and multiply atrium spaces.
The Project is twenty levels above grade and four levels below grade. The proposed structural framing is to fully intergrade the structural frame to the architectural design for unobstructed view of the two elliptical spaces and the atriums, while maintaining column free in most of the office floors. |
