Huang Hsiang Royal Castle (F4) Residences
Xinyi District is located in the eastern portion of Taiwan's national capital Taipei. The district is home to the city government and mayor's office, and is also Taipei's core central business and financial district. Much of Taipei's (and Taiwan's) most expensive real estate is located in Xinyi District. Since its completion in January 2011, Huang Hsiang Royal Castle (F4) Residences has continually set new countrywide sales records for new residential units ($26,000 USD per m^2). The residences are home to many of Taiwan's leading tech moguls.

Located only one kilometer from Taipei 101 Tower (currently the world's fourth tallest inhabited building), Huang Hsiang Royal Castle (F4) Residences is commonly shortened to Huang Hsiang F4, where F4 is the official designation for the parcel of land on which the project sits. Huang Hsiang Construction Corporation is a well-known Taiwanese residential real estate developer. Founded in 1991, Huang Hsiang Construction Corporation has been listed since 2001 with a current market capitalization of $200 million USD.

Huang Hsiang Royal Castle (F4) Residences is comprised of two 15-story towers, one 17-story tower, and a 2-story reception building and guest house. The towers have only one unit per floor for utmost privacy. Units are sized 628 m^2 and 959 m^2. Guests must pass through three layers of security before the units can be reached. The project features all the amenities that would be expected of a world-class residence: fully furnished guest units, a ballroom, an indoor swimming pool and spa, and an exercise center. The exterior of the four buildings are clad with imported granite. The structural system for Huang Hsiang Royal Castle (F4) Residences is comprised of a steel frame with a dual system of a braced core and a moment frame.
