This project comprises two distinct buildings: one with 12 floors above ground, referred to as Site 4, and the other with 22 floors, referred to as Site 5.
Site 4 is a 12-story structure built with reinforced concrete, featuring a standard floor height of 3.2 meters and a total building height of 44.8 meters, including 2 additional roof levels. It also includes three underground levels made of reinforced concrete, with the first basement (B1) measuring 4.5 meters in height, while the second and third basements (B2 and B3) are 3.3 meters high each. The building's total floor area is around 14,026 square meters (approximately 4,243 ping). The usage of the building is divided as follows: floors 1 to 5 are allocated for a police station and a long-term care center, floors 6 and above serve as police dormitories, and the basement levels (B1 to B3) are designated for parking. |

Site 5 consists of two buildings, east and west, each with 22 floors above ground and constructed using reinforced concrete. The standard floor height is 3.3 meters, making the total building height 80.7 meters, which includes 2 additional roof levels. The underground structure features three reinforced concrete levels. The first basement (B1) has a height of 4.5 meters, while the second and third basements (B2 and B3) each have a height of 3.3 meters. The total floor area is approximately 65,401 square meters (around 19,783 ping). The building’s usage is as follows: the 1st floor is designated for a public space and kindergarten, the 2nd floor is a public space, floors 3 and above serve as social housing, and the basement levels B1 to B3 are allocated for parking. |
