Seoul Capital Area is the world's second largest metropolitan area and is home to South Korea's national capital Seoul. Seongnam is a largely residential satellite city of Seoul located just to the southeast, also in Seoul Capital Area. Seongnam is South Korea's first planned city. In addition to a major transportation network linking itself to other cities, Seongnam has also attracted several major corporations due to government stimulus packages.
Bundang District is the largest and most populous of Seongnam's 47 districts and neighborhoods. It is one of the nation's wealthiest and most highly-developed areas. Bundang District's master planning has resulted in a clean cityscape and well-designed streets, which have contributed to residential real estate being among the top ten most expensive areas in South Korea, even more so than many districts in central Seoul. Michelan Chereville Residences is a residential real estate development in Bundang District by Dosi & Sarum. Michelan Chereville Residences is comprised of two 25-story towers and two 38-story towers. In total there are 722 residential units. The rectangular towers are oriented in the shape of an "X" in order to give the majority of units a view. Michelan Chereville Residences was completed in 2000. |
