Busan is South Korea's second largest city after the national capital Seoul. Located on the southeastern most tip of the Korean Peninsula, Busan is also home to South Korea's largest port. Dongnae District is one of the oldest of Busan's sixteen districts and counties. Less tourist-oriented than neighboring Haeundae District, Dongnae District is a cultural treasure trove with numerous museums and historical sites. The district was formerly home to Busan's city government.
Situated on a site near Minam Metro Station, Minam Skypark Residences is a proposed residential real estate development in Busan by POSCO E&C. Minam Skypark Residences is comprised of three towers ranging from 59 to 72 stories. In total there are 827 residential units. In addition to numerous amenities for residents, the multi-level podium houses retail stores. The three towers will be linked at the intermediate floors. This will not only serve as a sky lobby but will also structurally stiffen the entire complex. |
