This project is located in Gang-Nam, Seoul, Korea. It’s a 13-stories tower with seven levels basement.

The superstructure’s in-plan dimensions are 77.5 m by 56.3 m, and 49.77 m in height, the superstructure framing system is steel Special Moment Frame with composite floor beam. The floor usage of superstructure is mainly hotel and apartments.

The basement levels are for parking and utilities and it will be reinforced concrete flat slab and mat foundation.
