The building is a logistic center, it is five levels above grade and has a partial basement. First level floor height is 4.8 meters, second level floor height is 4.2 meters, third to fifth level floors height are 4.8 meters.
There are two building structures. Standard floor column grids for the main building (warehouse) are 12 meters by 12 meters, design live loads are 1.5 ton per meter square. The second building is the ramp and the drive lane for the trucks, the span for the drive lane is 28.5 meters. |

The main warehouse building consists of 16 twelve meters bay in the X-direction and 7 twelve meters bay in the Y-direction. The primary lateral load resisting frames are the six braced cores located evenly in the main floor plate. Buckling resisting braces (BRB) are used. For the rest of the floor area, all floor beams are designed compositely with the concrete floor slab and pin connected to the steel girders. These steel girders are connected to a system of kicker which are connected to the steel column.
The design enable a speedy construction since more than 80% of the floor beams are bolted to the support.

The second building for the truck ramp and drive lane consists of the circular ramp structures and the main drive lane, there are several braced bays (with BRB) on the perimeter of the ramp structure and drive lane.
To minimize floor vibrations caused by truck movement, a 25 cm thick slab is used in the driveway and dock areas. The expansion joint helps to isolate vibrations from the dock area, preventing them from affecting the warehouse.

To increase the overall clearance height in the docking area, a beam with a bracing system is used. In this system, beams are positioned between the columns and connected to them using cantilever beams and diagonal braces. These cantilever beams and diagonal braces function as part of the X-axis and Y-axis framing system. As a result, the clear height for the drive lane is increase to 7.3 meters (6.1 meters for conventional truss system).
