United Daily News Office & Residential Towers
The National Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall is one of Taipei's most well-known landmarks and tourist attractions. Located in Northern Xinyi District, the Memorial Hall is highly visible from Zhongxiao East Road, Taipei's busiest thoroughfare. Xinyi District is located in the eastern portion of Taiwan's national capital Taipei. The district is home to the city government and mayor's office, and is also Taipei's core central business and financial district. Located just across the street from the National Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall is the project site for the United Daily News Office & Residential Towers.
United Daily News is Taiwan's third most circulated newspaper. Founded in 1951, its headquarters are currently located just east of Taipei in New Taipei City's Xizhi District. The United Daily News Office & Residential Towers will house the company's new headquarters in addition to other office space and residential units. The larger A-tower is 30 stories. The ground-floor will house retail amenities, with level 2 through level 19 housing office space. Levels 21 and above will be residential. The smaller B-tower is 24 stories and completely residential. Many of the project's south-facing units will provide spectacular views of Xinyi District's skyline. The United Daily News Office and Residential Towers are currently under construction. |
